Morning salutations by the pool
The space around the pool makes a calm spot for practice and breathwork — an easy start to an active day in the early-morning sun. Ideal for retreat groups and couples looking to unwind.

Steady afternoon Meltemi wind
The Meltemi blows from May through October — 15 to 25 knots, side-onshore. Our partner, the Meltemi Kite Club, is 220 m from the lodge, with professional facilities for beginners and seasoned kiters alike. Together we also offer kite courses led by experienced instructors.
Cycling
Smooth tarmac and mountain tracks
Our partner Rodos Cycling rents professional road and race bikes, plus mountain and e-bikes — for every level. Head out on your own, or have them plan and guide a route to suit you.
Hiking
Butterfly Valley, Seven Springs, Attaviros

The Old Town breathes history, from antiquity to the Knights of St John. Whitewashed Lindos with its ancient acropolis, ancient Kamiros, the castle ruins of Monolithos and Kritinia. The popular Anthony Quinn Beach and Kalithea Springs — plus tips for hidden beaches and cliff jumping, all waiting for you at the lodge.

Sunsets you'll find only on this side of the island. For dinner we send you to Paraga, Sea House and Polona, or the café on the square in Fanes village — more tips at the lodge.
Our Story
From a love of the wind to our own oasis of calm
It all started in 2017. My wife, our children and I came to Fanes for the first time — me as a beginner kiter, the rest of the family along for the ride. We fell for the place on that very first visit. The beautiful sea, the sandy beach and the atmosphere charmed us so much that we came back every year, sometimes more than once.
In 2022 the decision finally took shape: we would build a small holiday home by the sea. In the end we bought a beautiful plot of 6,650 m².
It was immediately clear it would be a shame to keep such beauty to ourselves — we wanted to give others the chance to feel what we feel here every single time. And so the idea of a small family resort was born. Jasmine, Sykia, Lemoni, Olive — four houses, one home by the sea.
