Where exactly is Fanes Breeze Lodges?
- In the village of Fanes on the northwest coast of Rhodes, Greece — about 200 m from a wide sandy Aegean beach, roughly 15 minutes from Rhodes International Airport and about 25 minutes by car from Rhodes Town.
How far is the beach?
- The beach is just 200 m away — a wide sandy shore on the Aegean, an easy few-minute walk from every lodge.
Is there kitesurfing nearby?
- Yes. Fanes sits on the breezy northwest coast of Rhodes, in the Meltemi wind belt. The Meltemi Kite Club is about 220 m away for gear rental and lessons for all levels.
How many lodges are there, and can we book the whole place?
- There are four self-catering lodges around a shared pool: Jasmine and Sykia (45 m², for couples and small families) and Lemoni and Olive (60 m², for families). The whole resort can be booked exclusively for a group — for example a women’s yoga or wellness retreat; just send us a group inquiry.
Is it suitable for families?
- Very much so. Fanes is a quiet village with a sandy beach 200 m away, a shared saltwater pool, family lodges sleeping up to six, a kitchenette and air conditioning in every lodge, a cot and high chair on request, and free parking by the house.
Is there a pool?
- Yes — a shared saltwater pool with sun loungers in the Mediterranean garden, next to the summer kitchen with a grill.
When is the best time to visit?
- May to September brings the warm sea and the reliable Meltemi wind that kitesurfers come for. Late spring and early autumn are calmer and ideal for families and couples who want a quiet beach.
How do booking and payment work?
- You can book directly on this site. A card deposit secures your dates — 30% of the stay when you book 91 or more days ahead, 50% at 31–90 days, and the full amount within 30 days of arrival (or when a promo code is used). Any balance is settled by bank transfer before arrival or on arrival. If you prefer, send a no-deposit inquiry instead and we will get back to you personally.
What is your cancellation policy?
- The deposit is refunded in full (100%) if you cancel 30 or more days before arrival; with less than 30 days to go it is non-refundable. The accommodation booking is exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
